Laura Lombardi is an eponymous jewelry line made and designed in New York. She derives inspiration from her experiences growing up between both New York City and Italy. Working almost exclusively in raw or recycled metals, Laura re-contextualizes every day materials. Her design practice references her background and interest in fine arts, centering on sculpture, assemblage, and mixed media. An exercise in sustainability, the materials used to create Laura Lombardi Jewelry inform the aesthetic as much as the narrative behind it.
